Speeding truck kills Urmila Devi and 4-year-old son at Barhi Chowk in Jharkhand
On Wednesday, Urmila Devi (35) and her son Deepanshu Kumar (4) were killed by a speeding truck at Barhi Chowk in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand. They were returning to their matrimonial home in Bihar after celebrating Durga Puja. Three other children escaped unhurt. Vinod Kumar of the Barhi police station seized the truck and launched a search for the fleeing driver.
Jaggannathpur police register case against five for allegedly assaulting Dalit woman with casteist slurs

She was married to late Shibu Soren since January 1, 1962.
