CKM Health National Conclave 2026 Concludes in Thiruvalla with Community Strategies Emphasis

Head constable shot dead at home; son, prime suspect, detained
On Friday, Nitin Singh, a head constable of the Chandigarh police, was shot dead inside his home in Sector 22 with a gunshot wound to his head. His son Armaan, who had been released on bail for killing two brothers earlier this year, is the prime suspect and has been detained for questioning. A locally made pistol was recovered from the scene. Singh's wife was also at home during the incident.
