
PM austerity appeal: State leaders take steps to limit their fuel use
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and several other state chief ministers have implemented measures to reduce fuel consumption in response to the West Asia crisis. These include reducing convoy sizes, promoting electric vehicles, and encouraging public transport use. Yogi Adityanath, Rekha Gupta, Mohan Yadav, and others have also taken steps to promote sustainability within their respective states. Devendra Fadnavis, Harsh Sanghavi, and Acharya Devvrat have implemented similar measures in Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Bihar respectively.
