
West Bengal Cabinet 2026: From Dilip Ghosh to Agnimitra Paul, Ministers who were sworn in along with Suvendu Adhikari
Suvendu Adhikari, newly sworn in as the Chief Minister of West Bengal, inducted five new ministers into his cabinet on Saturday. The swearing-in ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Ministers Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, J. P. Nadda, and Dharmendra Pradhan, among other BJP leaders. Dilip Ghosh, a senior BJP leader who secured victory in the Kharagpur seat, Agnimitra Paul, a fashion designer-turned-legislator who won Asansol Dakshin, Ashok Kirtania, a BJP stalwart who gained victory in Bangaon Uttar, and Kshudiram Tudu, a former school teacher from Ranibandh (ST) constituency, were among the newly appointed ministers. Nisith Pramanik, a key face of BJP from North Bengal, was also inducted into the cabinet.
