The probe follows a similar case in California where two Indian-origin men were convicted for submitting fraudulent H-1B visa applications. Paxton praised right-wing social media influencer Sarah Gonzales for bringing the issue to light and stated that his office will continue working to uncover and prevent fraud within the program.
