Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana, presented a welfare-oriented budget for the 2026-27 financial year, allocating significant funds to education, rural development, and urban infrastructure. The budget allocated ₹33,688 crore to the Panchayat Raj and Rural Development department and ₹26,674 crore to the Education department.
