The plan includes initiatives like transforming villages into economic growth centers, providing medical insurance and mental health counselling, expanding education infrastructure, and attracting investments worth ₹18 lakh crore. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam's vision for urban amenities in rural areas will be implemented through a new scheme named "Uttamar Gandhi Model Villages project." The government aims to achieve top ranking in India in reducing maternal and infant mortality rates.
