BJP-led march opposes Bidadi Township Project, aims to fight alleged KPSC scam
On Sunday, Nikhil Kumaraswamy led a three-day padayatra from Bidadi to Bengaluru with support from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), opposing Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar's Bidadi Township Project. The event was agreed upon after sorting differences at a meeting between party leaders on Saturday. Police permitted the march only till Bengaluru’s border. Both parties aim to jointly fight against government projects like the Bidadi township and alleged KPSC scam during the Monsoon Session, planning to form a coordination committee soon.
