
TBGKS, BRS urge Singareni to resume dependent appointments
Koppula Eshwar, honorary president of the Telangana Boggu Gani Karmika Sangham (TBGKS), and T. Harish Rao, a senior leader of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), demanded the establishment of a medical board and dependent job restoration for Singareni Collieries Company Ltd (SCCL) workers. They urged Deputy Chief Minister M. Bhatti Vikramarka to appoint the board and provide jobs to children of SCCL workers or face a protest at Praja Bhavan. The TBGKS also accused the government of delaying dependent job appointments, forcing workers with health issues to work, and pushing Singareni into debt.
