The government assured him that the issue would be addressed in Parliament and compensation given to affected families. However, CJP remains firm on demanding Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation. Saurav Das, CJP spokesperson, clarified there are no differences between Wangchuk and CJP, emphasizing their commitment to the protest's goals despite Wangchuk ending his fast. He also addressed criticism of Rahul Gandhi's protest actions, supporting peaceful demonstrations under constitutional rights.
