Speaker Om Birla and Rajya Sabha Chairman C P Radhakrishnan repeatedly adjourned proceedings amid chaos, with Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju insisting the government was ready for a detailed discussion on any date and duration requested by the Opposition. The Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha were finally adjourned until Friday morning.
