End attacks on Hindus, Suvendu tells Bangladesh Deputy High Commission

Suvendu Adhikari, leader of the opposition in the West Bengal Assembly, met with officials from the Bangladesh Deputy High Commission in Kolkata to address attacks on Hindus in Bangladesh. He demanded an end to the violence and a commitment from the Bangladeshi government to ensure justice for Deepu Chandra Das, who was killed by a mob. The BJP leader also criticized the Trinamool Congress government for its handling of protests outside the commission and accused it of being anti-Hindu. He stated that protests would escalate in the coming days with the participation of 5 lakh sadhus at the Gangasagar mela next month.
