Tharoor cites poem: "Always delay," hits Modi on NEET leak court promises

Quoting a well-known couplet from Niazi’s poem “Hamesha Der Kar Deta Hoon Main,” Tharoor highlighted delays in addressing important issues, amid nationwide protests demanding resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and greater examination accountability.
