Activist Sonam Wangchuk, on an indefinite hunger strike since June 28, said he would end it if no punitive action is taken against protesters. PM Narendra Modi announced fast-track courts to punish those involved in paper leaks. Meanwhile, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) closed 16 metro stations due to security reasons related to the protest.
