Bittu Slams Filmmakers for Spreading "Dangerous Narrative" on 25,000 Unidentified Bodies

In an interview with NDTV, Ravneet Singh Bittu, Union Minister, challenged the claims of 25,000 unidentified bodies in the film 'Satluj,' accusing filmmakers Diljit Dosanjh and Honey Trehan of spreading a dangerous narrative. The film was removed from OTT platforms but is being screened by organizations like Akali Dal in villages and gurdwaras, raising concerns about reopening old wounds from Punjab's past. Bittu denied the government forced the removal, calling it self-imposed and propaganda. He questioned why the filmmakers ignored victims of militants while glorifying activist Jaswant Singh Khalra.
