I prefer solutions over disputes, says Telangana CM on river water sharing issues with Karnataka and AP

The Central Government has formed a high-level committee to address water sharing disputes between Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka. Union Jal Shakti Minister C.R. Patil inaugurated the project for 33 new gates of the Tungabhadra dam, which was attended by Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, and Karnataka Chief Minister D.K. Shiv Kumar. The committee will seek a permanent solution to decades-long disputes over river water sharing, with the three chief ministers expressing their commitment to finding amicable solutions for the benefit of farmers in the region.
