The visit coincides with ongoing tensions between the AAP government and the Akal Takht, which has summoned AAP ministers and legislators over a controversial video of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. The events are being organized by the Punjab Tourism and Cultural Affairs Department and will feature popular devotional singer Hansraj Raghuwanshi.
