Abhijeet Dipke, founder of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), returned to the Capital after protests in six cities and held a second demonstration at Jantar Mantar. Despite the police's decision not to extend the protest time, crowds remained and Mr. Dipke alleged a "human rights violation" regarding water access.
