Mohammed Ajmal Siddique, former State Secretary (Minority Cell) of the Trinamool Congress, resigned from all party posts and primary membership on Saturday. He cited personal reasons, dissatisfaction with the party's atmosphere and functioning, and concerns about the democratic spirit and treatment of hardworking workers as factors in his decision. Siddique also expressed displeasure with the leadership style of Abhishek Banerjee, the party's General Secretary.
