Robust fiscal management, visionary leadership drive T.N.’s economic growth: Thangam Thennarasu

Tamil Nadu's Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) grew by 16% to ₹31.19 lakh crore in 2024-25, according to RBI data, surpassing the previous year's growth of ₹26.88 lakh crore. The state's robust fiscal management and new industrial policies have contributed significantly to this economic expansion, with the manufacturing sector playing a key role. The Finance Minister attributed the growth to the government's focus on export promotion and investments attracting employment for 34.08 lakh people.
