BJP closing seminaries with the help of J&K government: Mehbooba Mufti

Mehbooba Mufti, former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, criticized the Omar Abdullah government for its actions against religious institutions and Urdu language. She accused the government of silencing the closure of educational institutes like Siraj-ul-Uloom in Shopian, which provided education to underprivileged children, and Hazratbal seminary, both allegedly targeted by the BJP. Mufti also stated that the removal of Urdu from revenue department job qualifications represents an attack on Kashmir's identity and culture.
