Centre not supporting State in completing UKP, claims Minister

H.K. Patil, who has overseen significant progress on the project, argued that the delay is hindering its completion and accused the BJP of hypocrisy in seeking votes while criticizing the project's progress. H.D. Kumaraswamy, a Union Minister, acknowledged legal issues but advised the Karnataka government to engage with the Centre constructively.
