Minister’s ‘exclusion’ from PM’s event: LDF holds parallel inauguration of NH-66 Ramanattukara-Vengalam stretch in Kerala’s Kozhikode

Mohamed Riyas, the State Public Works Department Minister, was excluded from the official ceremony by the Union government.
