Stalin launches new programmes; inaugurates various projects
Chief Minister M.K. Stalin launched several initiatives, including the Tamil Nadu Women Entrepreneur Empowerment Scheme (TWEES) to encourage one lakh women entrepreneurs in five years. He also inaugurated welfare centres for construction workers and elderly citizens, laid the foundation for new ITIs, and released the Tiruchirappalli Master Plan 2045 and Thoothukudi Master Plan 2045. Stalin unveiled medical infrastructure projects across the state and announced plans for warehousing units, fisheries sector infrastructure, and new projects costing ₹665 crore. He also presented awards and handed over housing allotment orders and translated works of B.R. Ambedkar from Marathi to Tamil.
