Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin announced that state honors will be accorded during the funeral of veteran Communist Party of India leader R. Nallakannu. Mr. Stalin expressed deep condolences to Mr. Nallakannu's family and relatives, recalling his dedication to social justice and his strong principles. Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan, Tamil Nadu Governor R.N. Ravi, and other prominent figures from across the political spectrum have also expressed their condolences for the loss of the veteran leader.
