Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy convened a meeting with his Cabinet colleagues to discuss the outcome of the recent municipal elections, where Congress secured control in many municipalities and corporations. He instructed Ministers to focus on resolving hung verdicts in 36 municipalities and ensure the party's victory in the maximum number of urban local bodies. Revanth Reddy also assigned specific responsibilities for resolving deadlock situations in Kothagudem Municipal Corporation, Nizamabad Corporation, Karimnagar Corporation, and Jagityal. He praised the collective efforts of Ministers and Congress workers that led to the party's strong performance.
