Kuppam to be developed as major industrial hub, says Chandrababu Naidu
Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu announced a plan to develop the Kuppam Assembly constituency in Andhra Pradesh into an industrial hub, aiming to establish 21 units with a total investment of ₹7,684 crore. This initiative will create over 35,545 direct and 44,584 indirect employment opportunities. Naidu emphasized the importance of infrastructure, policy stability, and water security for sustained growth in the region. He also highlighted plans to expand renewable energy generation and promote manufacturing of components related to drones, space technology, electronics, and medical devices.
