Andhra Pradesh attracted 25% of FDI in India, Naidu says in Davos

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu stated that Andhra Pradesh has attracted 25% of India's foreign direct investment (FDI), attributing this success to policy stability, a fast business environment, and proactive governance. He highlighted the state's competitive advantage in sectors like energy, digital infrastructure, logistics, manufacturing, green energy, and technology. Naidu announced plans for drone use in agriculture and healthcare, including drone ambulances by 2026, and promoted natural farming on a large scale. He urged investors to visit Andhra Pradesh and take advantage of the state's policies and incentives. The Chief Minister also met with UAE Minister of Economy and Tourism Abdullah bin Touq Al Marri, who pledged support for collaboration between Andhra Pradesh's food processing sector and Dubai's food cluster, paving the way for a major food processing hub in the state.
