Congress general secretary Jairam Ramesh has urged people to sign a petition addressed to President Droupadi Murmu, demanding the restoration of the scheme's guarantees and minimum wage. The party also plans to share letters signed by Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge and Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi with local leaders and workers.
