DMK says its govt. fulfilled 80% of poll promises
The DMK announced that it has fulfilled 80% of the promises made in its 2021 election manifesto, with 364 promises implemented and 40 under consideration. The party attributed the inability to fulfill certain promises, including NEET cancellation and the declaration of Tirukkural as a national book, to lack of cooperation from the BJP-led Union government. Despite these challenges, the DMK highlighted several new schemes implemented by Chief Minister M.K. Stalin.
