South Central Railway (SCR) launched the Rail Parcel app in seven locations to provide end-to-end parcel services and real-time tracking.

The Rail Parcel app was launched by SCR General Manager Sanjay Kumar Srivastava. The pilot phase covers Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Guntur, Rajahmundry, Visakhapatnam, Bengaluru, and Chennai. IIM Bangalore's Centre of Excellence in Supply Chain Management (SCMC) will partner with SCR to study the Freight Logistics Market.
