The JKSA has documented 17 such incidents this year and urged Rahul Gandhi, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, and the Union Home Minister to intervene. The JKPCC president, Tariq Hamid Karra, also raised the issue with the Himachal Chief Minister who assured of strict action.
