On consecutive Tuesdays, 17 out of 20 rebel Trinamool Congress MPs attended NDA meetings while three Muslim MPs skipped them but joined a lunch hosted by Suvendu Adhikari. Senior Trinamool leader Saugata Roy revealed some rebels are in touch about returning. The Speaker has not yet approved their merger into NCPI, leaving them listed as Trinamool MPs on the Lok Sabha website.
