Naidu orders no water shortages as improved rainfall boosts river basins
On Monday, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu directed officials at the Real-Time Governance Society meeting to ensure no drinking water shortages in the State by closely monitoring rainfall and reservoir levels. Improved rainfall was expected to boost Krishna and Godavari river basin water availability. Officials briefed him on flood situations and fodder supplies for livestock, while also outlining transport department reforms aimed at reducing corruption and improving service delivery. Chief Secretary G. Sai Prasad attended the meeting.
