Harassment of Kashmiris in other states is matter of national security: Sajad Lone

Sajad Lone, chief of the People's Conference, urged the Lieutenant Governor and Chief Minister to intervene in reported harassment of Kashmiris in other parts of India, calling it a matter of national security. He criticized the alleged assault on a Kashmir shawl seller in Uttarakhand and called for action against those responsible under the UAPA or PSA. Lone also appealed to the Prime Minister, Union Home Minister, and Defence Minister to address the issue, suggesting deployment of the accused at borders with China and Pakistan.
