CWC meeting: PM carried out devastating attack on States, much like demonetisation, says Rahul on VB-G RAM G
Rahul Gandhi, Leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha, criticized the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government's new VB-G RAM G Act, calling it a "devastating attack" on states and the poor. He claimed the act was similar to demonetisation and that the government had destroyed the MGNREGA without consulting its Cabinet or studying the matter. The Congress plans to launch a nationwide campaign against the new law, called the "MGNREGA Bachao Abhiyan," starting on January 5th.
