Thousands of people, braving rain and security forces' actions, regrouped at the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) protest site in Delhi by Tuesday afternoon, July 21, 2026. Security forces had demolished tents and parts of the main stage on Monday evening but protesters rebuilt them overnight. Despite facing lathicharge and teargas shells, many first-time protesters joined due to perceived brutality by authorities.
