A.P. Cabinet panel favours hospitality model for Rushikonda building

The Andhra Pradesh government's Cabinet Sub-Committee, comprising Finance Minister Payyavula Keshav and Tourism Minister Kandula Durgesh, is considering a hospitality model for the controversial Rushikonda building. The committee favors generating revenue while balancing public utility, with several hospitality companies expressing interest. The panel discussed utilizing only two acres of land available for development, potentially converting the last two blocks into an art gallery and cultural spaces. The final decision will be presented to the State Cabinet on December 28th.
