A.P. government aiming at welfare schemes that lead to jobs, livelihoods: Kolusu
Kolusu Parthasarathy, Minister for Information and Public Relations and Housing, stated that the NDA government in Andhra Pradesh is focused on welfare measures that will improve lives, create employment opportunities, and ensure livelihoods. He highlighted investments worth ₹8.29 lakh crore already secured and another ₹13.5 lakh crore in MoUs signed at the recent Partnership Summit, aiming to generate 20 lakh jobs by 2027-28. The government is also planning a skill census to address skill gaps and provide training for youth, while continuing with NTR Bharosa pensions and reducing electricity charges.
