Rahul Gandhi’s leadership now being questioned within Congress and among allies: BJP

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) claims that questions about Rahul Gandhi's leadership are no longer confined to the electorate but are also being raised from within his own party and among its allies. Shehzad Poonawalla, a BJP spokesperson, cited statements by various Congress leaders, including Shashi Tharoor, John Brittas, and Imran Masood, who have criticized Gandhi's "vote-theft" narrative and questioned his leadership. He further alleged that the Communist Party of India (Marxist), the DMK, and other parties reject Gandhi’s statements, indicating a lack of public support for him. The BJP argues that these criticisms demonstrate that Gandhi has lost both public and organizational backing within the Congress party.
