Amaravati Farmers Get ₹40,000 Annual Annuity for 10 Years

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) approved measures to accelerate Amaravati's development, including enhanced benefits for land pooling farmers. Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister P. Narayana announced that new participants in the Land Pooling Scheme would receive an annual annuity of ₹40,000 per acre for ten years, with increases based on land type.
