Patil witnessed the signing of an agreement in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh to settle outstanding payments related to the Sardar Sarovar Project. The agreement resolved pending dues through a one-time settlement and will ensure the cost-sharing arrangements for the dam's construction are finalized. The agreement was signed by Chief Ministers Devendra Fadnavis, Bhupendra Patel, Bhajan Lal Sharma, and Mohan Yadav.
