Maharashtra local body polls: Supriya Sule Questions BJP win after Mahayuti sweep
Supriya Sule, NCP (SP) leader, questioned the BJP's victory in the Maharashtra local body polls, asking if they were due to their own strength or defections. The BJP, Shiv Sena, and NCP alliance won 288 municipal councils and nagar panchayats with a combined total of 117 posts for presidents. Ms. Sule also stated that the NCP (SP) is open to forming alliances in Mumbai to defeat the BJP.
