R. Nirmalkumar, Tamil Nadu Minister for Energy Resources and Law, accused M.K. Stalin and his son Udhayanidhi Stalin of attempting to bribe TVK MLAs with ₹50 crore each to topple the government. He alleged that Senthilbalaji, a former minister and incumbent Coimbatore South DMK MLA, was involved in this scheme. Mr. Nirmalkumar claimed that three individuals were arrested for their involvement in this alleged bribery attempt. He also criticized the DMK's political practices and asserted that the people of Tamil Nadu should be aware of these actions.
