Left parties to skip Vijay’s invitation for meeting of post poll allies
CPI and CPI (M) have declined invitations to participate in a meeting-cum-feast organized by the Tamil Nadu Vetri Kazhagam founder, C. Joseph Vijay. The Left parties, who support the TVK-led government from outside, stated they do not want to appear as part of an alliance with the party. Despite declining the invitation, the leaders will meet the Chief Minister at the Secretariat to discuss pressing issues for workers and other societal groups.
