Panneerselvam, Dhinakaran urge DMK govt. to accept nurses’ demand for regularisation of services

O. Panneerselvam, coordinator of the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Workers’ Rights Retrieval Kazhagam (AIADMWRRK), and T.T.V. Dhinakaran, general secretary of the AMMK, criticized the DMK government for only regularizing services for 3,000 nurses out of a larger group promised permanent positions in 2021. They called on the government to release all nurses arrested during an ongoing protest and hold talks with their representatives to resolve the issue.
