Rajabhau Waje and Omraje Nimbalkar, two Shiv Sena (UBT) MPs, denied receiving a Rs 15 crore offer to defect to the Eknath Shinde-led faction. They stated that they have not been contacted by any party leader or offered any money. Sanjay Raut, the Shiv Sena (UBT) spokesperson, had previously alleged such offers were being made to party MPs. Om Birla, the Lok Sabha Speaker, has been urged by the party to not recognize any breakaway group of party MPs.
