
Signature forgery case: Abhishek Banerjee reaches CID headquarters for questioning
Abhishek Banerjee, leader of the TMC, returned to the CID headquarters in Kolkata for a second round of questioning regarding alleged forgery of signatures related to the appointment of the Leader of the Opposition in the West Bengal Assembly. Mr. Ghosh, another TMC MLA, was also summoned and may be questioned alongside Banerjee. The CID is seeking specific documents from Banerjee in connection with the case.
