Not a single rupee from the State: Jagan demands ₹1 crore each for steel blast families

Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and president of the YSR Congress Party, visited Visakhapatnam to console families of workers injured in a recent blast at the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP). He accused the NDA government of failing to protect the plant from privatization and neglecting the welfare of its employees. The VSP workforce has been reduced from 28,000 to approximately 16,000 over the past two years, according to Jagan.
