MEIL-led Zojila tunnel set for final breakthrough on June 9
Megha Engineering & Infrastructure Ltd. (MEIL) and the National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (NHIDCL) are set to celebrate a key milestone with the final breakthrough of the Zojila Tunnel scheduled for June 9th. The tunnel, spanning 13.153 km and connecting Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, will provide all-weather connectivity at an elevation of 11,578 feet above sea level. Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari is expected to attend the ceremony.
